About Voxie
Voxie is a voice chat app where people listen before they talk. It brings together live voice rooms you can join as a listener, one-to-one voice calls, and a Discover feed built on short voice intros instead of photos.

Why voice only?
Most social apps start with a camera or a profile photo. That is a high bar for someone who just wants a conversation. Voxie removes it: calls and rooms are voice only, so nobody can ask you to turn on a camera; calls are never recorded, and you can just listen without ever speaking. People meet your voice, not your face or your follower count.
What's in the app
- Voice rooms: join open rooms as a listener and take a free seat on the mic when you're ready. The host can lock the room, mute speakers or remove them.
- One-to-one voice calls: they start with a short round, and either of you can extend it.
- Discover: people introduced by a short voice intro. You can also find people by searching an interest tag.
- Messages: text, voice notes and photos; once the other person replies, a call is one tap away.
Safety
Voxie is for adults, 18 and over. Block and report are on every screen; the moment you report someone, the two of you can no longer message each other or see each other in Discover, and reports are reviewed. Usernames, room titles and story text go through an automated filter, and calls are never recorded. The rules are in our Community Guidelines, and everything about your data is in our Privacy Policy.
